Welp, Season Seven is among us, and Starlight Glimmer looks like she'll be staying a while.

True she was doing a whole lotta shit and wasn't what one would call a well pony. then again never underestimate how bad a childhood trauma can get. Kids try to find answers. Starlight's answer for losing her friend was the cutie mark he got, and she became afraid that interacting with others would cause even more pain for her.
She created the town probably with good itnentions, but that same fear was there and made things worse and worse.
Was the theme of the season. how harmful mindsets risk turning toxic. And BOY did her's turn toxic.
Where you are dead wrong is that it WAS twilight showing her what happened that weakened her resolve. She tried to deny it, tried to ignore it, but it was what helped Twilight talk her down.
so thre is a source to it.... Oh and it wasn't because of her friend that she was causing all this havoc. It was because Twilight destroyed the one place she felt secure and safe. Seems like everyone is not realizing that.

She was still willing to destroy the world to spite Twilight even after she saw the world was a barren wasteland.
Her "safe space" was only there to benefit her and no one else.

The one thing that struck me about her was that even after seeing that her actions led to a completely dead world she STILL was going to change history and tear up the scroll!

She definitely has "issues" to be dealt with! At the very least she could be a guest on Dr. Phil!
