no. its strict. it was hard to collect all that knowledge and novels. but u get close enough to the Emperor.... and promise not to ruin anything, they'll let u in. but good luck getting into the Holy Library. far more strict than Chad's library

with good reason. the knowledge in there shows the strength and weaknesses of every faction in the universe, routine events, etc. much of the knowledge can cause factions and even individuals to go into conquest for power
