Description
Pretty easy stamp here. Just an animation of MegaMan running using the MegaMan sprites from Megman: The Wily Wars. Background is from Wily Wars - Megadrive. By the way, I'm really excited to use =Commander-Luminaire 's new "Created with The GIMP" icon at the bottom of the this. The buttons above about usage and whatnot are also from them.
MegaMan and all things affiliated with MegaMan belong to Capcom

This is a pretty good stamp. You don't see any Megaman in action stamps so this is pleasing.
Upon a closer look, he looks like he's running on air and it also looks like a frame is missing in his movements (as soon as he takes a step forward, his other arm and leg quickly move back without giving the impression he's moving step by step). The background makes it clear that he's not really moving either. Perhaps a scrolling background might give the image he's running through a stage.
A very nice stamp otherwise. ^^ You did a great job with it.
