Well I started with the poke ball and with each one after that the design got more complicated however I got faster. I can't exactly remember but I think it was about 3-5 hours for each one

its pins, i'm assuming she used styrofoam, and then the sequins have small holes in the middle, and you put pins in them, which keeps them securely attatched to the foam.
