Her reference sheet will be a big one It'll take some time until I put everything together tough, so I'll upload main parts as I make them. Here's the first part of it: flat coloured dragon form.

Some facts about her design:
- The older I am the darker her blue scales are on my drawings... I know I know XD But in truth if you asked me 7 years ago and 7 days ago about her colour, you'd hear the same reply: full blue.
- At the end of her tail there are 4 horns. There's membrane/web that's in 65% transparent. You can't see it on the first glance, that's why it's optional when you draw Ann~
- The 'fingers' of wings are inside the membrane, that's why you can see them only as a bump on membrane (visible with shading).
- She is fully scaled. Fur on her cheeks, elbows and heels grows from spaces between scales.
