built as an escort frigate, and a predecessor to the omega class destroyer. the pronounce class was designed to fullfill the escort role for larger ships and convoys.

Its armament consisted of 20 point defense weapons aswel as two flack Flak Battery MFB mk. IV

many of these ships however were lost in battle against the minbari.

reports show that the ship would drift while making maneuvers causing the ship to lose its place within a formation if not correctly handled. this was later corrected with a refit to the engine and head section
