After the year 2020 the once great country of the United States fell prey to an Authoritarian Dictatorship where noone has rights, noone has wills, only obedience or... death. In the year 2047 almost all hope is lost as the states combine and split into an entirely new concept known as "Sectors" with Sector Y. being the lair of the power. Where ungodly bio-weapons are made left and right to help their reign of terror... until one of them - a boy created - starts to question his creators.

Nearing the end of the year 2020 the U.S.'s election was coming up yet suddenly no candidates were advertised or running like normal. An announcement then came on declaring a mysterious woman named Relotte Warden the new leader of the United States as declared by the U.S. government. Which of course was strange and shocking - where was democracy, where was voting? Nothing was known of this woman or the future that would befall the country. Little did they know the new year of 2021 marked the end of the era of freedom for the once great land. The government soon announced their tyrannical control. This was a new age of dictatorship noone was prepared for.

Soon all rights and whatever form of free joy fell apart - society was under a new rule - a bleak future with only obedience to their leaders or cruel punishments followed suit. Soon the once great states known by all were no more - instead - like cattle - each state was soon forced to join and split into what was now known as "Sectors", each named after a letter in the English alphabet and Sector Y. - being the lair of their dictator's evil.

Sector Y. : Known for being a den of war created weapons - be it machine or biological - they sot out to rule not only their country, but the entire world. Their creations were monstrous and feared by their civilians. Noone who dared rebelled or tried to stop Sector Y.'s rule lived too long.

Years passed as Sector Y.'s reign continued, 2047 and nothing but a tight leash on the citizens of the U.S. grew tighter - hope? Was no more. And their obsession of weaponry only grew be it from paranoia of losing power or just their mad desires of ruling. Either way, their labs had produced many atrocities.

Their crowning achievements were their perfect bio weapon, their perfect soldiers dubbed "Sector Assassins". Artificially created super humans with broken wills taught and created only to serve as living weapons to their cruel creators. Any form of resistance or curiosity for the human world was soon violently beaten out of them with inhumane torture and experiments. Each had super agility, super human strength, speed, stamina, each were superior to human soldiers in every way especially with advanced regenerative abilities - but even with such power they like the human citizens of the country never dared to oppose their creators. But one assassin, one boy known as Assassin 11, nicknamed Ethan, started to become self aware - a red flag to the scientists and rulers of Sector Y., Ethan became curious of the human world outside the labs of his home sector, and the work he was forced to do as an agent of death for the cause of his makers. But not only curiousity, a sense of morals, killing to him was painful and cruel. Will he survive much longer posing such a threat of willpower to his creators? Calliaan is one of the oldest and most feared of the assassins being one of 3 of the only surviving ones from the prototype experiment that began the production of his kind. He is known for his bloodthirsty and cruel nature. He is merciless and unemphatic to humans and his creators and kills with no hesitation nor remorse. He is known for his behavior of going "overboard" and his "overkills" with targets with his habit of going on sprees of chaos. Despite the punishments of Sector Y, he continues his chaotic behavior.

Calliaan is dubbed "riddled" with defects due the the Prototype experiment (Known as Delta) causing many of the original assassins made from scratch (rather than the new generation made of stable partial cloning) to be born with unique birth defects - he himself was born intersex (sexual organ/hormonal and chormonsone abnormality having him physically in between sexes), with an eye abnormality (cat eye syndrome but with more genetic alteration), claw like nails and jagged almost sharp teeth - leading him to be ridiculed and teased for his appearance causing him to hate his body and existence. In early childhood Calliaan was completely different as an anxious and timid child who was fearful of everything. He was at risk of termination due to his inability to want to kill - once he was "punished" to a breaking point, he snapped and killed many of the scientists around him - causing him to be restrained for many years to mid adolescence in total isolation. This caused Calliaan to develope a deep hatred for humans and adults seeing humans as the true monsters. Growing up tortured and experimented on with sanity bending suffering Calliaan became a blood lusting borderline sociopath wanting to embrace his existence as a weapon just to make humans suffer at least a fraction he and his fellow assassins have to.

He among 2 others were the only survivors of the prototype experiment, Rokavla (D.15) and Thunder (D.5) whom he sees as friends with an assassin of the next generation, Lian (1.14) being his closest of friends and the cause for his soft side and maternal nature to children. Thanks to Lian being like an adopted little brother (or almost son), Calliaan gained a soft spot for children - even of Humans whom he despises and is the only thing he will not kill.

Calliaan has a deep hatred of Ethan due to his pacifist feelings towards his purpose and lack of wanting to hurt people, believing he is weak and a coward.

Calliaan is vampiric with his targets and even known to be cannibalistic, his killing methods are very barbaric and cruel, usually using methods a wild animal would use to take down prey.

Calliaan's goal is to become the deadliest assassin among his kind and terminate as many people as he can claiming it to be "all in good fun", when in reality, he wants to have a family of his own and live away from the those who tortured him.
