Ok, so after being forced to put my sprite making development on hold for a few months (Because real world work was demanding, but
not unprofitable) I finally got back to making a new project.

Now this is the same background that I've been using for a while, that's because I have yet to find an arena that I can download form mugen archive
that's stable.
Ill find a new one eventually.

So I started this one by learning how to resize Chun li's sprites, they were puny compared to Tifa's own, and I couldn't shrink because I would loose detail.
After that, I made the initial graphic and Chun li's feet float, that's because I lined them up by her nose.
Testing a theory that if I line up a new set by her forward toe it would be corrected, and I was right.

Then there is Tifa's victory pose, I got that right the first time. (I guess, but maybe its a little off.)

Still no music or interactive features but its trudging along.

Update: Fixed problem, movie is now displayed.
