Well, that depends... According to the series, Y'gythgba didn't appear again after the episode "When Worlds Collides".
Raph suggested to stay in Earth and join the mutanimals, yes, but in the finale episode "The Big Blowout", she didn't appear at all when the team helped the turtles, so that suggets she returned to her planet.
Raph can't celebrate if she is not there.
...Or at least, that is what I think.
Either way, I'm not a big fan of Y'gythgba and the whole "RaphXMona" thing. So you can take this as an Alternative Universe or go with my poor explanation.
It's up to you.

Oh she did never appear with the Mutanimals because the episodes where shown in the wrong order...
well actually she never appeard again either way(wich is a good thing in my eyes but eh

Oh, that's right. I had forgotten that detail. I agree.
Still, for me, I think the chronological order of the episodes in season 5 is not well seen anyway. Not to mention that it leaves many plot holes, if we take time as a reference, the final episode would be "Mutant Apocalypse". In other words, no Mona Lisa. I would rather see it as her returning to her planet than dead if we pose this situation. Poor thing.
I don't know, the truth is that I think they didn't put a lot of effort into the story last season that it has even been said to take it as spin off or AUs.
In any case, it's up to everyone to take the image as they wish. It can be a party of friends cheering Raphael up, a triple date (Ja, the things I imagine ), an arrangement to bring two people together, etc. Everything is possible.~

As far as I know the last season is not even canon, with the exception
of the Kavaxas Arc and the 80´s crossover arc, according to some writers of the show.
So for all we know Y`Ghtgba coming to earth is not even canon.
(Though don´t quote me on those, im not 100 percent sure about all this)
But yeah, besides the fact that I never liked Y`Ghtgba anyways because of how extreamly
bland she was I generally prefer the 2012 Raph with either Casey, if it has to be a canon ship,
or with OCs...or both
Either work better for me than Y`Ghtgba but in the end its up to everyones personal preferance
