With the new emphasis on global warming; innovative solutions had to be found and fast!
However some of the more radical solutions such as using convicted felons as pony girls and boys was proving to be rather controversial!
On the other hand, no one could deny they were very carbon neutral and the crime rate had seen a 30% decline!

Lol! Punishment to fit the crime. Put your vehicle where it doesn't belong and you are sentenced to become a vehicle yourself. I like it. I never thought she was being punished. I thought she was being paid (or trained) to do it. But punishment is a much more intriguing possibility ...

Gosh she must be being paid a ton just to afford the food she'd need to maintain her weight after doing this all day. I suppose this would be excellent training for female athletes if they could accept wearing the costume.
LOL! i never specifically thought about it like either. I just figured no woman would voluntarily do this so she was either a slave or being punished, and then I figured so parking violation would be a minor enough crime that a normal college girl might commit.

Well, the pony girls I've played with in real life were all doing it because they enjoyed it, without being paid money. In my mind these girls though are professional paid pony girls with degrees in public transportation, with a minor in pony life. Or else they majored in pony life. Though I like your idea of them being female athletes. This could be a class for female athletes majoring in pony life, or any sport really.
