Solid lighting, You definitely picked the right time of day to take this picture. I get a sense of Warmth from this picture. A relaxed, almost whimsical feeling as if the day was slow and everything was at peace.
The angle seems a bit forced, but not too drastic as to draw attention away from the image itself.
The few people in frame add to the image, at first I thought them a distraction, however it adds to the Picture quite a bit. It creates a sense of everyday beauty. You seem to have captured the Idea of Beautiful Normality.

I love how it gives a felling of hope yet withdrawl... To me it represents what did and could happen. It's beautiful and scenic and I guess it's true what they say...
A pictures worth a thousand words. So much is going on yet nothing is too. The vintege look of the buildings and wall goes with sharp contrast of the desolate looking stairs and the over all homey yet distanced feeling of the work. Your work is true to the heart and mind and has a certain brah-vah that is truly and wonderfully inspirational to us all I think.
