Description
Sunlight pierces the early morning cloud and mist bathing a large costal city in gold and red. The larger buildings, climbing into the clouds, are the first to receive the star's radiance.Painted in PhotoShop - To save time, a rough B+W block model was created for City's buildings.

I would venture to say that this is, without a doubt, the absoulte best futuristic skyscape I have ever seen.
From your colour choices to the subtlties of window placement and reflection, I can't find anything to critique in a "needs improvement" light.
This is, simply put, breath taking. I am pleased to see that in your rendition of the future there is still vegitation on the planet, we can only hope that it makes it to reality.
Great work!

one of the things that really catches my eyes in this piece are the wonderful reflections on these buildings on the right adds just so much depth and realism! lets it really stand out!
of course the atmosphere is an eyecatcher on itself but seeing how it perfeclty reflects in the image is quite astounding!

Just unreal. I really admire your subtlety. You have a very sure hand with lighting, but you never make it outrageous or unbelievable.

Absolutely brillaint. I never have regreted watching you since I have begun. Amazing work. I love how you can make it look so smooth and photo like...Is the smoothness of color and the entire image in part because you work so large? And how do you typically start an image?

Hmm, whenever I try using Photoshop or Paint Shop at such a high resolution, it often starts to lag and slow down majorly. You must have one excellent computer!
Well, anyway, you have at least one excellent thing going here. This drawing! You seriously are the master at landscape scenes
I can see no wrong with this one, either! Amazing work!

What the duece? You just keep bringing these spectacular digital paintings in front of my 17 inch monitor, and I can't get enough . This is wonderful, the tiny blue lights make it look even cooler and futuristic. The sun and clouds look so realistic, and I've notice how the sunlight just hits that skyscraper. That's so skilled. If I need to think ahead into the future, I will need to come by your gallery
. Wonderful work Mr. Tonge.
