Description
A project for my Color and Design class: re-create a portrait using only found text. For the subject of my portrait I chose Hugh Laurie, a.k.a. Gregory House.On a sidenote, my camera is complete crap.

No offense, but on second look it looks like you have gotten a photo Hugh Laurie and then done something to make it look like a vector. And then pasted all this random block text ontop!!

None taken. For clarification: My assignment was to take a photo, map out the shadows, then recreate said shadows using only found text from newspapers, magazines, etc. This really was more of an exercise than an actual work of creativity on my part. I just uploaded it 'cause I thought it looked cool. I can understand your confusion though: the description should read "re-create" and not "create". Some poor wording on my part.

This is really good! I never thought about newspaper to create an image. but to think about it its almost the perfect medium, good whites & blacks!
