Taken from Washington Avenue, overlooking Brandywine Park in Wilmington, DE, on January 30, 2003.*seasick left a comment on the original submission that it could do better in black and white and with a contrast adjustment, so I did both of these things.
I also gave it a blue tint, which I stumbled upon by accident and ended up liking. I suppose this is the only resubmission that deserves any attention it gets, on acccount of it being a full-fledged re-submission and not just something with a border added.

nice. the blue tint definately makes a difference, seems to fit with the general mood of the shot much better, i also like the long horizontal, really draws your eye along the railing into the background.
