I went to a free concert in the city of Melbourne on the weekend.As far as I could tell, not many of the photographers there were that interested in the crowd, thus I think I was the only one to get this shot
And this would have to be my favourite out of the bunch.
This is just some crazy kid acting on an impulse. I had to laugh after taking this photo.

I love how this shot is focused...a beautiful shot.
Im saving up for a Nikon d70 at the moment,i really love that camera plus I wanna start taking real photo's......Any advise for a newbee like myself??

as for advice, what kinda photography are u mostly into at the moment?
generally though its best to just go out as much as possible and go photo crazy

Thats my plan...but i work full-time and it isnt easy to find time to just travel around takin snaps!! Im kinda into macro at the moment but only because i dont have a great camera for other things!! Im a huge fan of portraits and just rural/urban life.

a good tip is to take the camera with you as much as possible..
other than work i have my camera with me around 90% of the time...

LOL it kinda does look like he is holding a baby...
as for the ISO it was an overcast day and i found in some situations the shutter speed was a little slow for my liking so i just chucked it up to 800, although now i think about it i prolly could have gone down to 400 without any hassels.
btw i dont have much of a life, plus i dont drink or smoke lol thus i seem to save very very well. I could have gotten the 1D if i wanted to, but i think thats way to much moneys to spend on a camera atm
