This is map of an AH Germany in 1970 AH, the story develops in a world where the TRIPLE ALLIANCE (Germany, Austro-Hungary, Ottoman Empire) avoided the assassination of Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand on 28 June 1914 and therefore they avoided sooner confrontation with the East, eventually during colonial disputes in Northern Africa Germany started confrontations with France and by 1920 the TRIPLE ALIANCE implemented a well prepared September plan, first they upgraded their navy, now they had a combined size twice as the FORTH ENTENTE AH(France, Britain Russia and ) and also implemented vehicles and modern equipment at time to every troop, the combination of good equipment and tactics made possible a victory against the ENTENTE AH(England,France, Russia and Italy) in the Western Front, the seize of Paris and London and the establishment of puppet regimes that joined an alliance called the ROYALIST PACT, as for East a stalemate was signed with Eastern European countries in the Entente, doe to that Poland was liberated and some borders redefined, the Tsar wasn't able to continue the war alone while dealing with the very damaged Russian economy of that time, German investments and non aggression pacts with Yuguslavia(made with Serbia and Montenegro) and Albania were made as part of the agreement, The Soviet revolution was avoided during these timeline members of the party ran or hidden to avoid problems with the European governments AH.

As geopolitics, the Septemberprogramm itself is a documentary insight to Imperial Germany's war aims, and shows the true scope of German plans for territorial expansion in two directions, east and west. Historian Fritz Fischer wrote that the Septemberprogramm was based on the Lebensraum philosophy as well as the Drang nach Osten nationalist movement of the 19th century, which made territorial expansion Imperial Germany's primary motive for war. Jonathan Steinberg has suggested that if the Schlieffen Plan had worked, and produced a decisive German victory, like the Franco-Prussian War of 1870, the Septemberprogramm would have been implemented, thus establishing German hegemony in Europe.

• Belgium should be annexed to Germany or, preferably, become a vassal state, which should cede eastern parts and possibly Antwerp to Germany and give Germany military and naval bases.
