Description
i left behind god and heaven's lightwhile i sat in the dark
with satan by my side
and waited
then one day i decided
to turn over my own soul
to the being of flame
so i could live agian
but people say it's wrong
but it is what i think
because god betrayed me
so why should he be my belief
i am now the angel
that will drag you down
when your light is smothered
and then quickly blown out
so what is my religion
people somtimes ask
i'll lie and say i'm christian
but i'm truly a satanist at heart

I liked the theme of it. Very provocative, but I disliked the wording very much. I don't feel that you were really trying to open your heart on this. I'm led to believe, that you just wrote this for the heck of it.
I'm sorry to be so harsh, but I just couldn't see this as a sincere poem.
