EDIT: Whoops, I put lvl 0 to 4- it should be lvl0 to lvl 3! Level 0s are normal, 1-3 are the crazy versions of the normal object/animal.

This is why I've been inactive ever since September. Thank you, SCAD.

For Game Design class we had to design a board game in groups. My group decided to try doing a survival-horror board game- something you don't usually come across. I took on role of Lead Artist, and did the illustrations for the creature-type monsters (~Radioactive-Insanity came up with the designs for the lvl3 and lvl4 needles, which are awesome and thanks again for the help!!), created the logo for the game, made a book for the monsters with their corresponding information (the "Encounter Guide"), and decked out the game grid / board/ levels (4 total, I didn't design the levels though, that was a collaborative effort between two other people). Pretty much non-stop work and a week straight of allnighters by the end of it.

And the pay-off wasn't too great. The teach didn't even look through the Encounter Guide, or at my other levels. He only looked at the first level, the cover of the Encounter Guide, and that was it. Which is definatley upsetting when you've put so much work into something that the teacher doesn't even acklowledge...

The images you see here are a lot larger, I just didn't want to post a billion single images all in one go so I grouped them together. Also the images were on white backgrounds originally so I half-assed the removal of the white so they're rough around the edges.

Sorry for the watermarks- I'm trying to get into the habit of watermarking the crap out of my stuff. Well, ever since my deviation "HellFire" (even though it's a shit drawing, honestly) became a photobucket sensation and from there has spread all over the web, and even has found its way into art contests! Luckily the person didn't win though- many people pointed out that the work was stolen. My picture was used as a background.. just like so many amature metal bands use it as a background with their crap logos :/
