After Operation Yashiori's success, Godzilla has been stopped, freezed leaving him in a state of suspended animation. A day after the Operation, several officer and civilean that got closer to the area claimed that Godzilla's tail was "Open" and several humanoid skeleton-like creatures were frozen at the end of such tail.

Another day has passed and military personel got closer to investigate but something came off from the tail, falling near the unit. A new "Godzilla" seems to have spawned from the giant tail...
