He wanted a kangaroo monster to capture the Rangers. Since he didn't specify the Rangers team who became the victims, I draw the Megaranger/ PR In Space.

The monster's main weapons are its boxing gloves, capable of knocking out a full-powered Rangers. That was how Black and Blue was captured. Now, with their energies bound inside the pearls around the kangaroo's necklace, they don't have any chance of escape. Yellow just joined them in their new prison.

The pouch is hyperdimensional and while it seems that the Rangers won't fit there, their body will be sucked into the pocket dimension and trapped there. From outside, they will look smaller.

Two Rangers remained, but that didn't last long, as Pink was stomped and stepped on by the monster, unable to reach her blaster. She would be the last victim after the kangaroo drained the life out of Red Ranger.

The team leader was doomed. With his body grabbed by the horrible gloves, he was immobile. Now, the monster shoot out its mind-draining tongue which forms a mask on the poor Ranger's helmet. He struggled in futile as he was hopeless in fighting the hypnotic effects of the slimey tongue. He could feel the Power was sucked out from himself to be captured inside the pearls.
