Description
Designed to be a bouncer for Jumba's lab.I decided to put my own spin on Sketch Lampoon's design. Their design for Philip didn't seem "bouncer-y" enough, so I decided to give him four arms, and spines on his back.
This was to make him look more intimidating, but I may have failed in that regard.
