WOW Athina! What an incredibly moody and beautiful B&W photograph. The backlight is so special here accenting the shapes wonderfully. Excellent story inventing composition Athina. Just an outstanding piece of artwork and a favourite without question. It is not easy to work both sides of the camera and you do it superbly, always with emotion.

awesome pic and good use of "props" as others have said, the shoe really makes the picture. might have wanted to see a foot or the shoe coming off the foot... just seems kinda weird to see the shoe dangling like that and no reason whyh... mayhbe i'm over thinking it... never mind... good job!
