Yay, I'm done, and I'm actually quite satisfied with the results. Except for the knees, and the feet, and the shading, and the background... and THAT STUPID CHEAGLE! *exhale* Okay, calm down. Not satisfactory in terms of... "nitpickiness", but better than I expected.

Introducing Chime-chan , #cute-art-club 's mascot. They hosted this unique contest wherein the participants were supposed to design outifts for this girl.20 winners will have the honours of having their design included in a flash dress-up game that will be created in the very near future, plus a grand prize winner will recieve a one-year subscription.

I was planning on submitting two designs, which is half the maximum number of allowed entries, but I got lazy, hence this one entry. I based her outfit on the game/anime Tales of the Abyss (not the best anime, but very entertaining. *SYNC IS MINE, NOBODY TAKES HIM!! Take Luke if you want xD*). I don't think I got the total feel of the orignal designs, but at least I added those tails! Hee xD AND she has a cheagle

I spent a majority of my time on her face and her hair, for some reason. Went through three tries 'til I was satisfied with her hair shading. Unfortunately, I rushed her clothes, mainly beause I was getting lazy. Ehe! xD Spent alot of time on the background, though, and ended up with very unsatisfying results *glares at boring background*. Ah, well.

COSTUME DETAILS:
Magenta/Dark Pink: can be found on skirt, cuffs, shirt and tails details, and hair clips
Dull Pink: can be found in frills and mini-ribbon
Pink and Light Pink: can be found in tights
White: can be found in majority of shirt, sleeves, tails, and wings
Light Blue: can be found in inner shirt, front buckles, and hinted in wings

Bunny: pink from reference , and yellow glowing ring for interspecies-communication
Clips: Pads of circle felt/cloth with frills, and white, long, flowing ribbons attached
Powers: Energy rings from her fingers (can slice anything when thrown, can explode when placed on designated area, also serves as defense); tiny wings at her feet that mainly serve as a fashion statement, but also helps with her partly-jumping-partly-flying abilities, which are exceptional

Unseen Details :
Light Blue: Front ribbon, back buckle
Dull Pink: back button
Pink and Light Pink: bunny design

P.S.: I realize that my design is suspiciously similar to Ami-Mizuno-KiRa and ManiacalArtist 's designs. I assure you that this was completely unintentional. I finished the preliminary sketch at around the beginning of the contest, and I completed the final work November 28, only seeing these works while browsing through the contest folder, after adding the final touches. To =Ami-Mizuno-KiRa and =ManiacalArtist , I hope this incident will not cause any tension among us
