Description
Leafeon is a bit of the black sheep among the bunch. I felt it needed to get a bit more characterisation. What is its attitude? What does it give off? Why would you use it? I was going to go for a forrest guardian vibe that is way more serious, but instead I decided to make it more the little clumsy sibling. I decided it could look even more like a fennel with its hair bunched up. It has a sort of innocent expression (not the current smile) and would be really playful. The shiny however can give off the guardian vibe with its more serious and mystical colours. The base shiny didn't change much at all and it was confusing. You didn't know at some point if the original is more saturated or the shiny, so I decided to include more saturation in the base version by adding higher contrast between the eyes, full and leaves, which makes it more childlike I feel somehow. The leaves were changed a bit too so as to make it look more like they are part of it instead of just sprouting from it. It is very subtle and I like the result yet I might make a more bold change in another version.
