This one's an original version of Ultraman from the fanseries Ultraman Axel!
I've never really watched Ultraman, but I imagine it's like Masked Rider crossed with classic Godzilla? Weirdly, last time I was in Akihabara there was a 10m tall Ultraman riding an horse outside an office block XD
