From the moment I saw this work, I enjoyed it for the cleverness of the phrase. I had not read these words before, and I find them cute.
I love the composition of using a post-it-note. However, it feels very odd with the glowing bubbles in the background. Almost a bit too blurred at the edges, or stuck to a window. However, the addition of the rope and the clip make it feel like there is no window.
Overall this piece evokes emotion about history and past relationships, with a promise for a better future (and hints at the feelings of regret we can have when we leave someone who we loved).
I find this a very powerful piece with only a few things that could be improved, around the blurring of the edges on the post.
