An amazing yet simple photo! The message is lighthearted and funny, but serious at the same time, a perfect contrast.
First off, I love the water droplets on the window, as well as the shadows in the background. They give a piece a tad of a gloomy feel, which compliments the "when nothing goes right" message. It instantly draws you in to the red on the note.
I really don't see anything that irks me in this photograph, it would be nice if you could see the shadows in the background a little more clearly, but that probably would've taken away from the message. It can be left up to the imagination to decide what's going on behind the window!
All in all, amazing concept and great photo. Keep at it!

The simple yet vibrant monochrome color scheme here not only draws one's eye instantly to the punchline in red. But in the humble opinion of a non-photographer, I think there could have been a bit more impact if there was a gradient leading up to the note.
However, I notice that the rule of thirds guides the viewer from left to right, leading to a more effective punchline delivery.
All in all, this is a soothing and upbeat piece that would make for a great wallpaper or motivational poster. (*^-^*)

If nothing goes right, and everything goes left.
Then I would remain on the path straight ahead.
Getting a bit of everything, getting a bit of nothing.
Unless they are in absolute exclusive extremes,
in which case forward would mean the unknown.
The balanced center of whatever may be.
Yeah, that sounds more intriguing to me.
