I kept forgetting that I've been meaning to draw this one! I have no idea what that thing in her "hair" is supposed to be (I think for voice forme it's supposed to be like the mic headset thingy, but for step I don't know) so I turned it into an odd hair ornament of some sort.I also really like these dimensions!
The music is Libertango by Astor Piazzolla!

The colour used in this pic remind of early 20th century film posters. It's a wonderful combination with the classic pose Meloetta is striking. Also, I agree that the water reflection is very well done. Something about her head is missing something though, but I just can't put my finger on what. But still, it's an amazing job all round!

It may be the lack of measure separations, I didn't really like those so I omitted them ahaha.. For some reason the step forme reminds me of the flapper era, which is probably why I used those colors.

for both it's supposed to be ome of the measures at the beginning of a musical sheet.
the voice form's is a G (or trebble) Clef. this one.... i'm not sure; I think they just tried to make the G Clef look like a hair clip.
