So, instead of studying for my AP Euro final in which the average grade is 46%, I make this!
I think his hair looks cool.
I gave him a new costume... yeah... it's still red and black(ish) though. :3
He looks quite passive. Needs angry eyes. rawr. and his ear is too small.

I don't know that character, but anyways... The eyes look a tad too big on the face, and kinda supersaturated compared to the rest of the image. The skin looks a bit dead-pale... Other than that, it looks pretty cool. Good job with the detail on the clothes, it looks cool. And the wind, too, but I already knew you were good with fwooshes xD
