This fairy has died. The plants will devour her and she will rejoin the forest. She was happy to die, because she knows she is taking part in the great Circle.-------------------------------------------------------------------
I started this after returning from my trip to Cairns and the Daintree rainforest last August. I love the way everything in the rainforest is connected, except maybe for the humans who intrude.
Photoshop CS. Reference used for pose( ). Lots of reference used for leaf litter!

Wow this is really pretty and looks like it took a huuuge amount of work! The pattern on her dress looks very well applied, and very realistic, perhaps a little too realistic - as everything else has a very painted look. That's more of an observation than picking a fault though - I don't think it detracts. Beautiful
