Description
Hello! Finally the hard work from the Master's Degree is over. Now I just need to worry with it next March. I'm glad it is done.
Well, here it is another artwork from my book "The Seven Melüa's Daggers" This time I bring you the Moon Virtous Empress Tranqüilidade.
Background story!!!
"Tranqüilidade ruled the Moon Virtous Empire, under the command of God, over a thousand years with the mission to protect the Earth against evil.
After the death of her husband, the Archprince Wolfgang, Tranqüilidade asked her court to find her a husband and they came back with the Duke of Crisium, Loüis. Tranqülity made clear to Loüis she was only marrying him because she wanted to have children to take her place as the Moon ruler and to look over the Earth on her place. Loüis agreed and they were married by Pacífico.
Later years, Loüis escaped from the Moon and traveled to Atlantis, were he became Lucifer and married Pacífico. When Tranqüilidade knew Lucifer was her missing husband, she realised Pacífico and Lucifer had planned everything to overthrone her and declared war against the Holy Empire of the Earth.
Even during the book, it's hard to understand which of the sisters, Pacífico or Tranqüilidade, was the one who planned with Lucifer to overthrone the other and only in the end of the story the truth is reveald"
Kiss Kiss.

:V What's Evil?
Anyways, this lineart has a lot of potential. It looks really nice, but the post-production effect you made over it made it blurry and doesn't look so nice. I'd suggest painting the lineart in another color, not pure black and see what gives. Not blurying it.
The metal parts look really nice, but I can't say the same for the rest. I suppose it's the shading you're using - I see two layers (I don't care if you really used two layers or not, that's just a word to describe the way I see it, btw) and the fact they're so discreete between them makes the image look less smooth.
Also, the lineart on the hair seems to be broken in a few places. Since you're using Paint Tool SAI, I suggest you zoom out and try to make it in a single stroke. You'll see the outcome's much better.

Totally awesome. What did you make it with? I'm gonna take a guess at oil paints?
Interesting background story too.
