This purin has decided to dress up as Rei (Raye) from Sailor Moon! She has taking alot of time and effort into making this so don't make fun of her.For those of who like this little purin you can go to my site and adopt it.

Rei Hino and Jigglypuff have in common: Ambition to appear in show and singing.
I think it's fits them absolutely. Rei should catch a Jigglypuff with Ash's PokΓ©ball just in case to be a star like this...oh...and also Rei should have the ability of Vital Spirit.
