I learned the word "unreachable" in your comment for the first time because my native language is not English (so I'm sorry if I use strange English).
The word is...Very, it was a word of the image of Gaster that I wanted to draw. So I was a little moved.
My favorite character in undertale is Papyrus, but the most fun thing to draw is Dr. Gaster.

As you say, Gaster is written in katakana in Japan. It is "ガスター".
（あなたが言う通り、Gasterは、日本では片仮名で表記されています。”ガスター”です。）
Basically, other country character name is written using katakana.
（海外の人物の名前は、基本的に片仮名を使って表記されます。）
So,other characters are also written like this.

Truth is, I have a general interest in fonts and am quiet fluid in uppcase Wingdings by now. Sure it was a bit of a challenge and you did great with that, but once you know the single letters of the font you can recognize them with a bit of thinking.

BTW: There is a trick to make learning the font easier for you: You can devide certain letters into certain theme-groups, like hand-symbols or weather-symbols. This helped me a lot to memorize them.
And yeah, when I still was in university, we had to take a test/ an exam on fonts. One of the tasks was to memorize 100 fonts and identify them by just seeing their letters.

And it seems very useful. When I use fonts for design, I can not distinguish by font name alone.so I always change fonts many times to check balance.
