One of work from "Let's design Federation's all 8 flagships".Concept design : in this case, I designed this ship
many fans gave me a lot of designs with Admiral's daily.
yes it is not a just ship drawing contest, they can write what happened t each fleet in the "Battle of Ryulia" through Admiral's book.
"Battle of Ryulia" is one of the biggest air battle between Federation and Empire.
Stupid Arkilians send ALL SHIPS THEY HAVE to empire and they thought it goes easily.
Spoiler: only 12 ships out of 380 ships survived the war.
Zidlant is very unique vessel which is built to demonstrate latest technology.
However, they spent all budget before they finish main flames, so they decided to put bows of 3 unfinished heavy cruisers together!! What a nice idea, isn't it!?

yes , this isΒ a very unique vessel. very classic style touch for an steampunk anime setting like Last exile. I really like the spinal structure of the core frame and the utility functions almost , believable,Β and placed in locations that make sense to the design.

NEEDS MORE GUNS!!!!!! Actually for a ship that size its pretty heavily armed, although it does lack some point defense over alot of the ship.

A three-in one? Well that's...interesting. The story of this flagship (fro some reason) reminds me of how aircraft carriers were originally other types of ships before being retrofitted. I like the added blue and white wings towards the rear of thr ship.. Colors of the 8th fleet I presume? :v

Very fascinating design, Love ships like this and despite it's unorthodox origins and design it still looks like it will have a good 'area of threat' and very few immediate blind spots other then directly behind it and directly below. You've done an amazing job with this ship and though you've said only 12 ships will survive the war I kinda find myself hoping this will be one of them, if only to see it's unique design be further refined soo that it maybe will become a commonly employed war vessel someday.

As you say, this vessel may be get serious damage in the battle!
Hull is breakable due to poor protection, also she will get damage from chaotic inside mechanics!

Well, that makes sense I mean there would have to be some issues coming from that decision they did, I mean two hulled subs did exist but any more than that wouldn't work. Some numbers don't work well for somethings such as a plane with four wings!
