Kinda looks like the L-120 TD prototype. Nice design, but where does the gunner sit? There are no large hatches on the top of the hull.

Nice drawing.Β In World War Two all sides had self propelled guns.Β They were pretty simple really for the most part.Β Us, the Russians, the British and the Germans all had self propelled guns.Β This one almost looks like one except generally a lot of them did not have sealed tops of the body.
