Page 18 of my manga/thingy, ESC. Reads right to left. Also, this is the last page of chapter one.I'm really excited about this page because it is the final page for this chapter. I never thought I would make it through a whole chapter XD Originally, Chap. 1 was supposed to be a lot longer, but I looked and found that a chapter in Shonen Jump is around 18 pages, and this chapter actually ended well here, so I tied things up
I added an extra page to this chapter because it's special 'cause it's the first. Looking back on this chapter, there's many things I need to work on, so maybe I can do better going into the next chapter. Also, I'm excited now because I got this done extremely fast (for me) and got to play with trying to do screen tones in Corel. All in all, I'm happy

I finally had the time to read your work... ^_^
so farther first episode's story is interesting.
I understand that you find your drawings ugly, you prepared me for the worst. XD. But it's not ugly. Maybe sometimes a litlle bit unclear what is happening but when the story is good, it almost doesn't matter what your art is gonna look like. And by so far your story makes me want to read the next chapter. So that's good! I can also see that your drawing skills are getting better each page! I'm directly going to read thenextt one! This one was a great intro!

I'm sorry it took me so long to answer your comments! I wanted to give good responses because you gave me such amazing feedback, but my classes started back last week and things have been crazy since. Already pulled my first all-nighter of the semester this week
But thank you for taking the time to read it! I'm glad you like the first chapter. I hate manga with introductions that drag along and explain to much in the very beginning, so I tried to keep ESC's beginning concise and very ambiguous to keep people interested. I feel that if you tell the reader too much, they have no reason to keep reading, so I like to reveal things bit by bit

Sorry, I've been gone for a week and haven't been on the computer for more than 5 seconds XD I'll answer all your comments now. I really appreciate your readership, and I glanced through your comments and really liked the constructive criticism you gave. Some of the things you mentioned are things I've noticed myself and have been kind of ashamed of. But they're things I hope to fix in the later pages and when I go back and redraw many of the pages I've done already. Thank you again, and thank you for the watch while I'm at it

Just playing, I don't talk to my crazy made-up people. I just draw pictures of them and make up stories for them. LOL I really am a creep, no matter which angle you look at it from XD I'm "creative" (code for "creepy")

Actually, he is a good guy. The main character actually XD. I just meant he's evil to me! He makes himself hard to draw on purpose, I swear!! DX Me and him get in lots of arguments (yes, I talk to made up people in my head, I'll do what I want, thank you)

Oh my gosh, 'sword dude' is like a perfect name for him currently. You don't find out his name for a little bit, so calling him 'sword dude' is perfect
