Your take on him makes him much more appealing and rat-like than his official design. It's just too... mouse-like. Or is that me?

Well, I didn't think we'd see Falco again so soon after the Turtles' previous encounter with him. He looked kind of bland as the Rat King till the facial reveal at the end (though it took me a while to clock on that the fire had damaged his looks) - I'm not sure if he'll be a recurring antagonist or just a one-off; possibly the latter since he was majorly a threat to Splinter (and by way of that, the Turtles themselves). Also, was it just me or did his voice change halfway through?

Yeah. I thought that priest outfit was a little... out of place for TMNT villain... the "The Masque of the Red Death" look seems a tad high-brow, why didn't they puthim in rags like the other Rat-Kings. I think they may use him in a finale, having him team up with the Krang or something... makes you wonder what happened to SnakeVine and SpyderByte all this time. I didn't notice the change, was it like a big difference like the Duke of Zill in the Felix the Cat movie, where his last line "I'll be back" sounds like it was from a different actor entirely? I was more surprise to see New York has crowds of people in this episode, the place looked almost as empty as London in that "Avengers" movie a while back...

Heh, me and a friend were saying "so -this- is episode where most of the budget went, eh?". And well, it was a noticeable change but maybe they did that for dramatic effect or something? At any rate, I presume they'll lead up the series to something, the Turtles have already met Shredder now.
