I realize this might come as a late comment, but your costumes look really great to me.
Your Blaster looks really good I can tell you put alot of time towards it. ^^ nice job, and the Soundwave is really cool to X3

I wish I could but since I went to two conventions in two months, I'm terribly behind on all my artsy stuff. My kiriban winners and current art trades have to get done before I start thinking about gift art and art requests

Thanks so much. Considering my costume wasn't quite done, I'm so glad so many people liked it. Better still, it was a ton of fun to wear. Hm, I think she was there, I'm pretty sure she was.

You're very welcome! Even though it wasn't done(as you say), it was spot on to the character! I saw Soundwave, but didn't get to talk to him, and it was only until after I saw this YouTube video [link] that I realized that it had actually been a girl and not a guy(never heard her talk). They originally weren't going to have a costume contest that summer, but cause soooooo many came dressed up they decided to have a very un-professional one. She ended up winning it(no surprise there), so if it was in fact your friend, then congrats to her!

Between work and the hours I left in between when I wasn't so tired, I didn't have enough tie to work on the costume. A month of construction was not enough but I have the pieces laying out downstairs so I can suit up as Blaster as any time. I'm going to add the finishing touches to his legs and reconstruct the faceplate and make it stronger. Yes, yes, she's my friend and we hung out together all weekend at BotCon. I saw that she had won when the magazine came out and I was like: "OMG, I know her!"
