Grimlock: Then big comet fall from sky to ground below. All doomed, all cry out: What me to do? Then me, Grimlock, strong Dinobot leader, to rescue! Me blast big burning rock from sky and save day! Hero to all dumb dinos. They make me, Grimlock, mighty king forever and ever. And that how Grimlock save dumb dinos!Scattershot: (top left) You made that up! There's no way you couls have saved the dinosaurs, they're all extinct!
Grimlock: They all die of lizard flu during great white blizzard!
Nosecone: (center) Wow, Grimlock, that was a good story!
Strafe: (top right) Uh-huh, sure you did! I want a different story!
Lightspeed: (bottom right)But I thought it was an asteroid that fell, not a comet.
Afterburner: (bottom left) Story time is boring, let's go out and play!!
Ultra Magnus: Unbelievable! Grimlock's reading to the Technobots??
Rodimus: If he weren't making it up, I'd have trouble believing it too!

But yeah, according to G1 season 3, Grimlock built the Technobots.
Then Nosecone asks, "Are you my father?" And this picture was born!! hehehe, they're like his children!!

There's not enough fan stuff on the Technobots. At least the lastest comic "Stormbringer" featured them ^^ Cnsidering the circumstance of their origin, they had to be drawn cutely!
