The other day I had this fun idea: what if I took four of my favourite Disney villains and fused them into one new character. I chose Maleficent, The Horned King, Tamatoa and Mother Gothel as they were the first to come to mind. The reason for the name Malevolence is because to me it seemed to fit her best.

Honestly the hard part was the colours: I found it hard to create a coherent colour pallete without it looking like an eyesore. All I knew was that I wanted to add the bio-luminescent face markings from Tamatoa with bits of Maleficent's colours mixed in. But now I think it looks good though if I were to draw Malevolence again, I might need to dial back on her eyeshadow.

Personality wise I like to think Malevolence is very vain with a cheeky side (much like Tamatoa and Gothel) but has a really short fuse and can be violently sadistic when she wants to be (like The Horned King and Maleficent). Aside from the horns, she reminds me a lot of HIM from 'The Powerpuff Girls' what with the fur coat and the crab claws. If you want to try fusing other Disney villains yourself, be my guest.
