Secondly, what program do you use? I may have already asked, but I just wanna know...
I use Photoshop Elements 7 + a Wacom Bamboo Tablet
I am only 13 right now so i am trying my best to get better so i am as amazing as your art is when i get older~

Ah, okay so first I use SAI. You can find the program here →[link]
You might need to purchase the license but it's totally wrth it. I've been using it for two years.
I don't know what brand my tablet is. I bought it off some guy for $50 and it's about 15" haha ;;;;
I use Photoshop CS2 for the text and the like. Textures I can do in Sai but there's only like, 6 blending options.
