I wonder if this can be mimicked in cone 6 firing. What base was used?

I know there are people who have figured out cone six crystals, but I dont know how to do it. Crystals for me have been on the back burner lately.

Oh, I've been doing cone six for a bit now. The way I've fired it gives me a lot of finger size crystals. I'll give you the firing time I have when I get back to the studio. I'll give you some of my bases too. I do various colors, so feel free to explore various colors. 83 keep up the great work.

Hey thanks!! I would love to see some recipes and schedules! Especially if they're at cone six. What kind of kiln are you firing in?
Spread the information as much as possible. Too many potters keep too many secrets from the world.

Right they do.I find it silly that they do. I use an eletiric kiln for the cone six glaze. I'll get you the recipes and such by tuesday at the latest.

Fantastic glaze!! I was making up glazes with cobalt, copper and rutile today, believe it or not... not all in the same glaze, though
