Thanks so much to for helping me pick a waffle photo >_< .These are pumpkin spice eggo waffles filled with home made chocolate banana butter.
Recipe for chocolate banana butter:
(filling for 1 waffle sandwich)
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp. creamy or smooth peanut butter
1 square dark chocolate
Melt the choc. then pour over banana and peanut butter in a bowl. Whip or blend until creamy, enjoy as a spread or from the bowl.

Every October-November I see pumpkin spice flavored Eggo waffles in my grocery store...maybe they are in yours?

yeeeah, you should! I haven't looked this year. I have been making my own waffles before I go to school. I use:
* instant pancake/waffle mix
* water
*vanilla extract or vanilla yogurt
*pumpkin or pumpkin butter
*spices (like pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg)
I stir all of that together and put it in a belgian waffle maker or a pan over my stove, it's done in a few minutes. Then I sprinkle choc. chips on top and add syrup/honey

thanks so much!! I took photos of this for over an hour. I had to keep snacking to not eat it, haha. I gave up at one point because I thought I would never get a good shot as weird as that sounds since it's just a sandwich...
