umm what is dayum?
well,first i edited the color at adobe lightroom(but i dont really remember the detail),then i put some bokeh texture (edited in photosop)..
it was quite easy, just playing with ur blending option(like satuartion,pinlight,etc) then you'll got ur picture like this..
oh dont forget to erase the texture in the place where the photo need to expose.. in this case i erased the texture around my face
hahaha sorry for the long explanation,hope this will help
