CYBERHORROR SANS:
Like Cybertale Sans, he too was programmed to kill humans and bring order to the Cybergrounds. Although both have went through extreme programming, the Gaster of Cyberhorror is a sociopath and has no concept mercy. His tests tortured CH Sans to the point of twisting his positronic brain insideout. Now… there is nothing left, but a cold blooded executioner.

Take note of the hole in Sans' head. Notice how Sans was scratching his head in ‘Can’t Hide’. It’s sort of a nervous habit he has whenever his father stresses him out. Even after Gaster “fixes” him, Sans still scraps his head subconsciously. (It’s like vibrating your leg or picking at a scab) So with every “operation”, Gaster has to replace Sans’ head plating.
But after Gaster disappears, there is no one to repair Sans after he damages his head so it eventually opened up to expose his positronic brain.

CYBERHORROR PAPYRUS:
Again, like Cybertale Papyrus, he creates puzzles designed to kill humans. However, unlike Cybertale Paps, his traps work with 99% accuracy and are guaranteed to slay any human unfortunate enough to enter the Cyberhorror Underground. Out of the brothers, Papyrus was the one who received the worst of Gaster experimentation and had to be "fixed" many times. He is no longer the bright lovable robot who dreams. He is now a cold, calculating machine that would like nothing more then to follow his programming.

Though you may feel simpathy for these two, do not be fooled. They were created by CyberHorror Gaster after all.
If you show even a hint of weakness, they will both slaughter you without hesitation.
