well.... that's a lot of spikes for his spine 
did he by any chance get fused by an iguana by accident?
because he's so spiky it's hard to take it seriously 
that aside nice art

just be aware of pinapple or durian jokes coming to this character design
remove the spikes the spinosaur-human design is quite good and i hope those feathers are the same ones seen in swimming birds
