Well, let's get into him.

Well, the basics on Xenobot are this:
He's a Cybertronian Xenomorph born from the corpse of a Vehicon troop that was attacked by a Xenomorph Facehugger, which in turn impregnated the Vehicon with an embryo which grew inside the troop, and upon reaching a developmental stage, burst out of the troop, killing him.
The little creature was taken in by Pred (Predator, who recently aligned himself with Team Prime), who raised the creature into the warrior beast he is currently, and Xenobot was to be. Gaining a vehicle mode, he proved to be a formidable opponent and devoted individual to his Autobot allies, being considered mostly the family pet, aside from being another Autobot warrior. He happens to be quite silly.
