For starters; I dig the background texture and lighting! It goes really well with the blue tone and gives a lot to the mood in the picture!
The centered composition looks good and the crop is right where it should be. So, kudos on that too
Now..there's one thing I really miss in this shot. And that's eye contact! I'd really like to see this with the model staring me straight in the eye. I think it'd just make the whole photo way more intense and eerie. Oh, and

But, what I was saying was.. "Oh, and I'd like to see both of her eyes. The "spiderweb-ish" thing you've got going on is fine. But not ontop of her left eye. Especially since I'd like more eye contact
