The shadow of the day
will embrace the world in grey
and the sun will set for you
I'm loving how my past three drawings have focused on my three least favorite things to draw; buildings, flowers, and clouds respectively lol
One of my favorite types of lighting is when the sun is mostly but not completely set, so only objects high enough above the horizon are illuminated bright orange while everything else has already settled into deep blue. I've wanted to draw something like that for a while now so I'm finally tackling it! Draide was the perfect subject as he's generally one of my more melancholic characters, plus he recently got a new outfit that I've been wanting to draw properly!
