Eric was still not getting over the accidental first kiss that happened a while ago, so he awkwardly brings it up with Sally and , once again, apologizes that had to happen and promised to make up for it. Sally says she knew that was an accident, but much to Eric's surprise, she sheepishly admits that she actually felt so happy it had to happen. Eric was so flustered that he felt that burst of embarrassment and courage that he tells Sally she was beautiful, into which to died down a bit and says that life is full of unexpected surprises, but there's always a way to make up for it. And if that didn't make it clear enough for Sally, Eric suddenly kisses her on the lips again. This time, it was really real!
